Cancellation Policy Prices of treatments are mostly determined by time. Scheduling your appointment is a commitment. We reserve your time, therefore no other client can be scheduled. No shows or last minute cancellations leave our therapists with empty appointment time and clients in need who can not get in. To reschedule a missed appointment would require double appointment time. 24 hour notice is required. 48 hour notice for special events and Sundays. If not, full service price or forfeit of gift certificate is rendered. |
